THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE
(making success of the act of love)

Overview:
  • Love language.
  • languages most do men use when they want sex.
  • Love languages differ from person to person.
  • Signs that tells whether a RED CARD is about to be given.

So Isaac settled in Gerar. When the men of the place asked him about his wife, he said, “She is my sister,” for he feared to say, “My wife,” thinking, “lest the men of the place should kill me because of Rebekah,” because she was attractive in appearance. When he had been there a long time, Abimelech king of the Philistines looked out of a window and saw Isaac laughing with Rebekah his wife. So Abimelech called Isaac and said, “Behold, she is your wife. How then could you say, ‘She is my sister’?” Isaac said to him, “Because I thought, ‘Lest I die because of her. ’”

To make a success of the act of love, it is important to know that love does not only have a voice or colour, it also has a language. Countless gullible and unsuspecting lovers have been deceived severally for a lack of the ability to read this language, while many homes and relationships have either crashed or continue to suffer unnecessary misunderstand or anguish due to the inability of the couples to understand, communicate or respond appropriately to the language of love.

Very much like football, where two yellow cards equal one red card, love also has its mathematical calculations, every sign, act, move, gift, gesture, word, etc, actually passes a message and the ability to read and understand the various body or sign languages is very key in determining whether you continue or are sent packing in the game of love.

What language do most men use when they want sex, do they really say such things or use body (love) language? Most  men when they become tired of their women and want to dispose them, do not know how or necessarily say so, instead they begin to communicate their intention through signs and body languages, those who understand the signs move quickly to arrest and bring the situation under control, while those who are naive wake up to the rudest shock of their life.

Isaac may have succeeded in fooling everyone but no, not Abimelech, his pretense could not pass so easily a man with many wives and who understands the language of love. Just one move and Abimelech spotted the difference between the language of love and that of family. You see, there is no act, sound, word, look or move that does not communicate a message.

There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification. Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.

Now, love languages differ from person to person, it differs sometimes on basis of culture, tradition, beliefs or religion, once you have entered a relationship, it's important to carefully and intentionally observe and learn what language your spouse uses in communicating his or her attraction, affection or displeasure. For some it is just spending time with them, for others, it is your attention and sometimes your gentle touch. some women would give anything just to have their head on the lap of their spouse while some men would pay any price to get their women see a football match together, yet as simple as these seem, those who lack the understanding of the love language, either feel they have completed that which is their obligation, I've cooked for him, I've given her money, what more does he/she want? so they are offended at such love language requests.

Please stop saying I don't care, he's on his own, when he's ready he will open his mouth, this is wrong! While you may not care today, it won't be long before you beg for that care, especially when your spouse' allegiance shifts away from you to whoever meets or ministers to this unique longing of theirs. Don't be deceived, people naturally gravitate towards love and affection. If you desire the total attention and affection of your man or woman, start responding to their love language and you will also start enjoying the joys and comfort of love like Isaac and Rebekah

What signs would you see in order to tell a RED CARD is about to be given? Can you tell when a person is in love with you? Can we say for sure whether Tamar saw or read the love language of Amnon before she was raped? How can one tell for sure if the passes, promises, gifts, affection, etc, that a suitor is demonstrating is true love and not fake? Is it possible for a man or woman to love without saying it? Can love exist without words? What signs can we use to tell when love is wanting in a relationship, marriage or home? What language is responsible for misunderstands and problems? These questions have different answers, for today, at least begin with learning to understand the love language of your spouse. And hey, there's nothing wrong if you ask!

LESSON ACTIVITY
1. Can you share briefly, any experience you know of any relationship that suffered or ended as a result of a lack of this ability.

2. What act or move in your own opinion would you consider as a languages of love?
