Having dealt extensively with various wrong tools people apply for the purpose of getting attention and gaining attraction, (See the parts 3 of Tools of Attraction) Today's devotional opens us to one of the most effective tools of attraction. The tool of INTELLIGENCE.

Our world is changing so quickly, several things that used to matter, doesn't seem to any longer. Values are fast eroding, people are becoming more exposed, with the advent of technology and the social media, more and more people are becoming more informed.

Before now, one major tool of attraction that the world celebrated was beauty. Those endowed with good faces knew it was a great asset, the world dropped at the feet of such gorgeous folks, they went by the name; Miss this and Miss that, they enrolled for beauty pageant competitions and those with the finest looks, shape, height and smile stole the heart and affection of their audience.

Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man's wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

Inability to properly or wisely give interpretation to matters of life like attraction we discovered has misled many into applying the wrong tools in the hope of getting attention, winning affection or gaining attraction.

In order to attract love or affection, it is amazing what some people do just to achieve this. Ordinary people suddenly turn into fine actors, they put up acts, change their accent, posture, presentations, gesticulations, borrow clothes, cars, phones, etc, all for just one purpose, to gain attraction. You've not seen the best actors until matters of love and marriage surfaces. In order to attract, some people can pretend to do or be what they are not.

Then there are those who go as far as changing their physical looks, they alter parts of their body just to win love or be attractive to a person. This is an error, and pure inability to interpret attraction correctly. Anyone that you have to alter who you are in other to win their affection or get their attention is not worthy of you. Don't borrow clothes, hair or car so as to be attractive, just be yourself.

Tools that must never be introduce in winning attraction. Major tool to win love or gain attraction. SOS 8:7 Many waters cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it. If a man offered for love all the wealth of his house, he would be utterly despised. Whenever a word like attraction is mentioned, what readily comes to mind is facial appeal, physical beauty, hot looks, great physic, nice makeup, good fashion, etc. On the contrary, to think like this is to REDUCE the scope of attraction, this is because attraction transcends mere physical looks. To ATTRACT is TO AROUSE INTEREST, it is TO PULL TOWARD by means of some power WITHOUT TOUCHING. People generally can be and are attracted to different things. While some are attracted to beauty, others are attracted to fame, character, boldness and many others to other values of life. What attracts one person may not be an attraction to another. There are people who are attracted to facial beauty while there are those who care less about it and who instead can only be attracted to HARD-WORK, intelligence, etc, then there are those who will give anything to only marry a person with a great PRAYER LIFE. As ridiculous as this may sound, there are people who don't or will not for any reason marry an attractive or facially beautiful woman.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

As wonderful and important as favour and beauty are to effortlessly accessing and getting the good things of life, scripture says when placed side by side certain other virtues like the fear of God, they are nothing. To therefore focus your life on achieving your quest or getting your heart desires through your beauty or connection (favour) ONLY other than by the ways, pattern and divine order will amount to vanity.

Unknown to most people, ladies especially, this is all they have been trained and used to for surviving. From academic success to money, to getting attention or their needs met, to starting and keeping a relationship or having their way with people, they know no other way other than the way of connection and beauty. Sadly, this is the tool some use in running their marriages.

Why sweat the stuff? Why suffering to read just to pass an examination? Why work so hard to get a promotion if I can get it by simply using my connection or using my face and body power?. What is the use of my beauty if I cannot use it? My face, my smiles, my shape and my beauty are my weapons o. All I need is see Mr so and so or do some serious packaging and I can never be resisted by any man.

This was the same thing Jezebel said or thought to use to woo Jehu when God sent him to kill her. Unknown to her, beauty sometimes can be charming and favour magical, but when they come face to face with realities of life, with life's battles, when confronted with sickness, witches, pain, anger and the wickedness of life, they fall flat on their faces.

2Kgs. 9:30 -33
And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window. And as Jehu entered in at the gate.., he lifted up his face to the window, and said..., Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.

Why use beauty or connection to face life's battles when you have something more dependable. Will you be beautiful forever, take a look at pictures of some beautiful slay mama's 50 years back to what you see now, and you will pity beauty. What about those in Nigerian government yesterday who had all the connections, where are they today.
